Product Advantage
• Redox flow batteries are a very promising large-scale energy storage technology, they are highly safe and recyclable, easy to scale up.
• As essential component, graphite bipolar plates are used to realize connection and separation, conduction of current generated, and provide support.
• Harog Technology's graphite bipolar plates have unique technology, both production process and application effects are at the international leading level. They have excellent properties such as high mechanical strength, low permeability, high conductivity, and strong acid and alkali resistance.

Product Uses
Flexible Graphite Plate (FGP) – "Thermal-Shock & Service-Friendly"
Technological Edge
0.2–0.5 mm expanded-graphite foils roll-laminated with epoxy/phenolic film; final density 1.4–1.6 g cm⁻³, bend radius 50 mm without cracking.
Continuous 1.2 m-wide coil-to-coil line + CNC kiss-cutting gives 1,000 × 1,000 mm sheets or net-shape plates in swift lead-time.
Key Performance
In-plane conductivity 500 S cm⁻¹; through-plane 35 S cm⁻¹—sufficient for 300 mA cm⁻² VRFB operation.
Compressive modulus 1.8 GPa, reversible strain 15 %; survives 1 000 thermal cycles (-20 ↔ 80 °C) without measurable leak increase.
